HealthRecon Connect’s global delivery center in Colombo, Sri Lanka hosted their annual get-together on January 08, 2023 at the Monarch Imperial.
The event welcomed over 800 team members from across the country, many of whom were meeting each other for the first time since the pandemic. They were joined by Denver Fernando (CEO), Thilini Ekanayake (CPO) and Larry L. Lacefield (COO) who flew in for the occasion from Australia and the United States.
The get-together served as a wonderful opportunity to promote fellowship and camaraderie among the team. Team members were also recognized for successfully completing the Emerging Leadership and Management Development programs and for their extraordinary display of the organization’s values (CREDO) throughout 2022.
The team had a great time and spent the rest of the afternoon dancing away to the foot tapping music of one of Sri Lanka’s premier live bands, The Redeemers.
